Cafe Racer Garage — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Cafe Racer Garage (“the Game”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), developed by Stellar Flavor, collects, uses, and protects information when you play the Game on Android and iOS.

No Accounts

The Game has no accounts or sign-in. Your garage (bikes, parts, paint, coins and progress) is stored on your device. Only what you choose to share online (see Build of the Week and Requests below) leaves it.

Information We Collect

• Usage data (Unity Analytics), only if you agree to share it: an anonymous identifier created by Unity, device information (model, operating system, language, country) and gameplay events (screens visited, tutorial steps, parts tried on or bought with coins, rewards, levels).
• Advertising data: the Game shows ads through Unity LevelPlay and its partner ad networks. These may use your device advertising ID (such as the Android advertising ID or Apple’s IDFA) and other device information to serve and measure ads. Personalised ads are used only if you allow them, and on iOS only if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• Build of the Week (online contest): to take part, the Game signs in anonymously with Unity Authentication, which creates a random player identifier. If you enter a bike, your player name, the bike’s build (parts, paint and stickers) and the likes it gets are stored with Unity Gaming Services (Cloud Save, Leaderboards, Cloud Code) and shown to other players. The likes you give are recorded to prevent abuse.
• Requests: if you use “Request a bike or part”, we receive your email address, your message, the app version, platform and language, and a random request identifier. They are sent through our website and delivered to us by email.
• Downloadable content: some bikes are downloaded the first time you view them, from Unity Cloud Content Delivery, which receives your IP address and basic device information to deliver the files.
• Purchase information: in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive your payment details. The Game stores only each purchase’s identifier on your device so coins are never delivered twice.
• Support communications: your email address and the content of any message you send us.

We do not collect your name, precise location, contacts, photos, or other personal data.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Game
• Run Build of the Week (show entries, count likes, pay prizes)
• Analyze usage and fix bugs (only with your consent)
• Show and measure advertising
• Deliver and restore purchases
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with:

• Unity (Unity Analytics, LevelPlay, Unity Gaming Services and Cloud Content Delivery) and the ad networks LevelPlay works with, which process data under their own privacy policies.
• Other players, who see your player name, build and likes if you enter Build of the Week.
• Google Play and the Apple App Store, for purchases.
• Legal authorities, when required by law.
• Successors, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Your Choices and Data Deletion

• In the Game, open Settings → Account → Delete my data to stop sharing usage data, ask Unity Analytics to delete what was collected, and turn off personalised ads.
• On Android, you can delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID. On iOS, you can turn off tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• You can remove your garage by uninstalling the Game, or on Android by clearing its data in Settings → Apps → Cafe Racer Garage → Storage → Clear data.
• To remove your Build of the Week entries, or anything you sent us with a request, email us. See our data deletion instructions.

Data Retention and Security

Your garage data stays on your device until you delete it. Usage data is deleted when you use the deletion option. Build of the Week entries stay online so past rankings can be shown, until you ask us to delete them. Requests are kept only as long as we need them to answer and plan new content. We keep no data after deletion. We apply reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-Party Services

The Game uses third-party services, including Google Play, the Apple App Store, Unity Analytics, Unity Gaming Services, Unity Cloud Content Delivery, and Unity LevelPlay with its ad networks, which have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
