Delete your TONO account

TONO is developed by Stellar Flavor. You can delete your TONO account and your cloud backup at any time, either from the app or by contacting us.

TONO works without an account. If you never created one, there is no account to delete: your songs are stored only on your device.

Option 1: From the app

1. Open TONO.
2. Open Settings (top right on the song list).
3. Tap your account card at the top.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your cloud backup and your account are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered. If the app says you need to sign in again first, sign in and repeat the steps.

Option 2: By email (without the app)

If you no longer have the app installed, send an email to sun@stellarflavor.com from the email address linked to your TONO account, with the subject “Delete my TONO account”. We will verify the account is yours and delete it, together with your cloud backup, within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account (email address, name and sign-in details).
• Your cloud backup: the songs you saved to your account.

What is kept

• Your songs, takes and recorded samples stored on your device are not deleted with your account. To remove them, delete them in the app or uninstall TONO.
• Your TONO Pro purchase is linked to your Apple or Google account, not to your TONO account, so deleting your account does not affect it. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their policies.
